I have to preface with I like your book lots and i liked the article in the post. However, I do think that there is an opportunity to glean more information about Christian rock from the fans of it other than chronicling (sp) the t shirts they wear at festivals. Of the interviews and so forth I would have appreciated one from a fan that articulates the encouragement and impact a band or song or christian rock in general has had on them. We are not all teenagers. We are not musically unsophisticated. We do have some awesome stories and testimonies.

I just learned of this book minutes ago and am very excited to read it when I get back from the store. As I was reading summaries and such, I noticed several references to this culture as a youth culture. NOT true! Just because we are over 30 and Christian doesn't mean WE listen to Foo Foo music either!
